Enrolling in a Sessions College certificate program is easy and convenient. An online application process for certificate programs lets you complete your application right away.

The program has an open admissions policy and classes begin start every month, so you can enroll at any time, get oriented right away, and start your art and design classes in a just a few days or weeks.

Certificate Program Options

The certificate program online application process can be completed in 10 minutes or less. Before you get started, however, make sure you understand the range of program options available to you.

• You can choose from a range of certificate programs options, including graphic design, Web design, multimedia arts, digital arts, marketing design, game art, and fine arts.
• You can choose between Professional and Advanced certificate levels.
• Advanced certificate programs enable you to add one or more concentrations of your choice.

Admissions Requirements

The open admissions policy has simple requirements:

• You must be age 18 or over and have a good command of the English language.
• You must be able to provide a high school diploma/transcript or evidence of equivalent or higher level of education (such as a college degree).

Course Substitution

Certificate students with prior course or work experience in a specific course topic may be able to waive a course or course, replacing the waived course with an alternative course of equivalent subject and level. Students who wish to waive a course must submit evidence of:

• A school or college transcript indicating equivalent course(s) completed, or
• Samples or links to online work that demonstrate a specific area of competence

Course waivers are coordinated during the certificate program orientation class. All course waiver decisions are at the discretion of Student Advisors.
