Advanced Multimedia Arts Certificate Program

Ready to start your career Web-based multimedia? The advanced Multimedia Arts certificate program guides you through the complex world of motion graphics and video for the Web and beyond and helps you build a media-rich portfolio.

Program Overview

Advanced Certificates in Multimedia Arts start by training you in the core video, design, and graphics techniques that lay a foundation for multimedia on the Web. From there, you will choose a concentration to focus on specific media, art, or design topics and projects. Hands-on work in your concentration, combined with your core skills, makes for sophisticated portfolio of design, motion, and interactivity.

You can add one or more concentrations to a Multimedia Arts Professional Certificate to build your Advanced Certificate. Recommended concentrations for the Digital Arts program are shown below, but you may choose from our complete list or build your own custom concentration.

How It Works

The advanced Multimedia Arts certificate program begins with seven core classes. You then complete one or more concentrations, which typically consist of three or four courses. At the end of your program, you'll participate in a faculty-led portfolio review that carefully examines your multimedia arts work against your career goals.
