T.A LiveChat is a new form of support we are offering students to help you move through your assignments. We know how frustrating it can be when you’ve set aside time to work on an assignment only to hit a snag, and we don’t want you to have to wait for assistance. Learning to use new design software is challenging and having someone to help you navigate to a difficult to find feature might save you lots of time.

Between the hours of 10:00AM and 6:00PM Eastern Standard Time Monday through Friday, students in the following classes can sign onto T.A. LiveChat and receive technical assistance with your assignments from Student Advisors Sarah Goldstein and Rachael Afolabi. Please note that livechat sessions are limited to 10 minutes per session to ensure that all students get the help they need.

This is a brand-new feature for Sessions, and we are starting by making it available to students in the following Basics-level software courses:

Photoshop Basics

Illustrator Basics

Flash Basics

InDesign Basics
