Gary June
Gary L. June currently serves as Chief Marketing Officer
for Pearson Higher Education and International. Pearson
has negotiated exclusive publishing relationships with
most of the leading technology companies, including
Microsoft, Hewlett-Packard, Sun, Adobe, Macromedia and
Apple. Gary also serves on the board of Safari
Tech Books Online, a highly successful online content
joint venture between O'Reilly Media Inc. and Pearson.
Throughout his 20 year career, Gary has held senior
roles in sales management and marketing at Prentice
Hall, including four years as National Sales Manager
for Prentice Hall, as well as President of Prentice
Hall's vocational and career publishing. In these
roles, he grew Pearson's business in the for-profit
education channel by over 300% to close to $60mil. |

Kenneth Miller
Kenneth Miller is a distance learning and Internet consultant
for People’s Publishing, a K-12 educational publishing
company. He has spent twenty-five years in publishing
and corporate start-ups. He was formerly president
of Miller Associates, a computer game publishing company.
Kenneth serves as chairman on the board of trustees
of the Cooper-Hewitt National Design Museum, and for
the Smithsonian Institution. He is a member of
the Smithsonian National Board, where he is is a founding
member of the Education Committee and is the Board Liason
to the Smithsonian Tropical Research Institute.
He has an A.B. in the Philosophy of Science and Logic
from Princeton University |

Carole Anne Bailo
Carole Anne Bailo is currently Chief Financial Officer
for the Center for Developmental Disabilities, a not-for-profit
organization dedicated to children and adults with developmental
disabilities. The organization is an educational
provider assisting individuals with developmental disabilities
to achieve their dreams by overcoming barriers to living,
learning and working in the community.
Carole Anne is a seasoned financial professional with
an extensive varied background in both profit and not-for-profit
organizations. She has worked extensively with venture
capitalists to fund start-up companies and has played
a major role in bringing several companies through the
IPO process and/or merger and acquisition.
Carole Anne is a Certified Public Accountant and holds
degrees from Pace University, Queens College and an
MBA in Taxation from St. John’s University. |

Louis J Schilt
As an educator with undergraduate and graduate degrees
in education, Louis Schilt holds NY State teaching licenses
for the primary and middle school academic levels, as
well as being a licensed NY State Public School Administrator
through Superintendent. During his teaching tenure,
Lou pioneered programs in individualized instruction
that emphasized the homogenous grouping of students
and teaching methodologies that addressed students’
various learning styles.
In the corporate world, Lou has successfully developed
and executed world-wide business strategies in sales,
business development and operations.
In addition, Lou co-founded an e-business supply chain
solutions company, which sold in 2000 for a valuation
of over $80 million. |

Doris A. Granatowski
Much of Doris’ professional path has been to
provide vision and leadership to companies through critical
transition stages. A CPA by training with degrees in
education, Doris joined Sessions in 2001. Working with
a hand-picked management team, Sessions has quickly
been established as a valued player in the evolving
distance education world.
In the most recent years prior to Sessions, Doris has
had substantial domestic and international responsibilities
in various executive roles in technology and service
companies. |
