Sessions achieves public affirmation of high academic quality and cutting edge vision in online learning

New York – June 21, 2006 – After undergoing a comprehensive study and peer examination, Sessions, online school of design, (http://www.sessions.edu/)  has been reaccredited for another five-year term by the Distance Education Training Council ("DETC").

Founded in 1997, Sessions was created with the goal of bringing new media design education to graphic and web designers worldwide, through online education.  Once a pioneer and now a leader in the distance education industry, Sessions has delivered tens of thousands of courses to students in over 100 countries with a unique educational model that couples portfolio building projects with one-to-one mentoring by industry-leading design professionals.
