Much of Doris’ professional path has been to
provide vision and leadership to companies through critical
transition stages. A CPA by training with degrees in
education, Doris joined Sessions in 2001. Working with
a hand-picked management team, Sessions has quickly
been established as a valued player in the evolving
distance education world.
In the most recent years prior to Sessions, Doris has
had substantial domestic and international responsibilities
in various executive roles in technology and service
companies. |

Gordon Drummond,
Chief Learning Officer
Mr. Drummond oversees curriculum and course development,
faculty recruitment and training, online instructor-led
education, and editorial direction. Gordon is an editor and
educator with 15 years experience in instructional design.
Prior to joining Sessions Online(SM) he worked as curriculum
director at Kaplan Educational Centers, designing courses
for K-12, pre-college, and graduate students, and co-authoring
two test preparation books. Gordon served as a senior
Knowledge Architect at Boston-based learningbrands.com,
creating interactive, adaptive, Web-based courses for
corporate clients. Gordon holds an MA in English Literature
from the University of Edinburgh, Scotland. |

Robert Timm,
Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Timm directs online Facilities (LMS) services
and management, learner recruitment, learner performance
standards benchmarking and performance measurement,
and technology for Sessions' partners, and students.
Robert brings to Sessions Online (SM) many years of expertise
in education, distance learning, online communications,
and service management. Prior to joining Sessions Online (SM),
Robert worked with several interactive companies, including
GoalQuest.com, Opus360, and About.com. Robert also served
as a technology consultant for the City University of
New York, designing and developing an online writing
lab serving all 18 CUNY colleges. He holds two Masters
Degrees and taught literature and writing for ten years
at Baruch College. |

Scott Chappell,

Mr. Chappell is an expert in product strategy for
experiential learning and instructional design. Scott's
role at Sessions Online (SM) spans business development, marketing,
and product and curriculum development. Prior to joining
Sessions.edu, he worked as director for the World Game
Institute, designing and facilitating experiential learning
programming for audiences ranging from college students
to business executives globally. Scott also founded
i-silver, a web design and development agency focused
on user-centered design. Scott has a degree in Political
Science and Philosophy from University of Maryland. |

Carole Anne Bailo
Chief Financial Officer
Carole Anne Bailo is currently Chief Financial Officer
for the Center for Developmental Disabilities, a not-for-profit
organization dedicated to children and adults with developmental
disabilities. The organization is an educational
provider assisting individuals with developmental disabilities
to achieve their dreams by overcoming barriers to living,
learning and working in the community.
Carole Anne is a seasoned financial professional with
an extensive varied background in both profit and not-for-profit
organizations. She has worked extensively with venture
capitalists to fund start-up companies and has played
a major role in bringing several companies through the
IPO process and/or merger and acquisition.
Carole Anne is a Certified Public Accountant and holds
degrees from Pace University, Queens College and an
MBA in Taxation from St. John’s University. |

Louis J Schilt

As an educator with undergraduate and graduate degrees
in education, Louis Schilt holds NY State teaching licenses
for the primary and middle school academic levels, as
well as being a licensed NY State Public School Administrator
through Superintendent. During his teaching tenure,
Lou pioneered programs in individualized instruction
that emphasized the homogenous grouping of students
and teaching methodologies that addressed students’
various learning styles.
In the corporate world, Lou has successfully developed
and executed world-wide business strategies in sales,
business development and operations.
In addition, Lou co-founded an e-business supply chain
solutions company, which sold in 2000 for a valuation
of over $80 million. |

Having held a number of functional roles at different firms, combining strategy with client requirements to deliver results. Listening, learning and communicating technological advances in the industry have been the building blocks of her career. Working as a trusted business partner with IBM, HP, Northrop Grumman and Cisco to improve process and empower employees within their work environment. While working within the software industry championed both domestic and international growth selling to such organizations such as GE Appliance, Air Express Logistics and the Government Printing Office. . |

Mr. Sarzosa is responsible for the design and art direction
for Sessions.edu including visual identity, branding,
print collateral and website design for Sessions Online (SM)'s
partners and for Sessions.edu online school of design.
Patricio holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Fine Arts,
Graphic Design, and Photography from the San Francisco
University of Quito, Ecuador, South America. He also
possesses several years of international experience
in art direction and design for major marketing campaigns,
advertising campaigns, and Web site design. |

Director of Student Experience
Ms. Altabef directs the strategy for successful student learning and experience at Sessions. Nomi has a long career with Sessions as a faculty member and a manager for Education, Student Life and Student Community. Prior to joining Sessions, Ms. Altabef worked in Fashion and Textile design and production management for houses such as Norma Kamali and Vivienne Tam, and in editorial production at French Vogue Magazine. She holds a BFA from Parsons School of Design. |

Tara MacKay
Director of Education
Tara MacKay is responsible for curriculum and product development at Sessions. Tara is a Web and multimedia designer who has designed award-winning exhibit sites for the American Museum of Natural History and the Rose Center for Earth and Space.
Tara has worked with design teams at AOL, Yahoo!, and other major online companies on product integrations with Sage Online and iClips.com. Among Tara's interests are Web design, logo design, illustration, and streaming media. |
