| Looking to develop a powerful skill set for designing marketing, advertising, or visual identity pieces for large companies or small businesses?
The Master's Certificate program is a platform for success, enabling you to develop a rounded portfolio in print design or Web business, and branch out into graphic design, Web design, digital imaging, digital photography, or game art.
As a Master's Certificate program student, you'll complete the Foundation level, developing technical and creative skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Microsoft Powerpoint. Digital imaging, illustration, and presentation projects equip you to make creative decisions about color, typography, composition, and visual identity.
At the Master's level, students choose two professional concentrations. One concentration must be in marketing design: either Print Design or Web Business. In the second concentration, you can deepen your marketing design portfolio or explore a related art/design field: Graphic Design, Web Design, Digital Imaging, or Digital Photography.
Imagine your portfolio with your Web site designs or 3D artwork alongside your logos, ads, and promotional designs. Upon completing the Master's Level, you'll present a body of work to a portfolio review panel for feedback. The focus of the class is to help you present your work effectively to potential employers.
Up for the challenge? Get critique, feedback, and mentoring from an industry-leading faculty throughout your program. Draw on a resourceful student services team for advisement and support. Watch your portfolio of work evolve on your MyGallery page and network with peers in the student community DesignSessions.
