The Multimedia Arts certificate program gives students a core training in
multimedia art and design.
Are you looking to explore interactive design and animation—or develop multimedia content for Web? The Multimedia Arts program will help you build a foundation, learn the industry-standard software programs, and craft a portfolio of interactive work to show potential employers.
Foundation course projects include digital imaging and compositing, Flash graphics and interface design, digital video production, color and typography studies, Flash Web site development, video editing, and motion graphics design.
Advanced concentrations in Flash Design or Web Design help you build a creative portfolio in Flash animation and interactive applications or standards-based Web design. The Master's certificate level offers the opportunity to deepen your interactive portfolio or specialize in a related art and design field such as digital imaging, digital photography, graphic design, or game art.
