| Professional Design Certificate Enrollment Benefits and Deadlines - Get the details |
Looking to develop a career as a visual designer in publishing or branding/advertising? The Advanced Professional Certificate program helps you acquire essential skills and build a creative portfolio with advanced classes.
Advanced Professional Certificate students must complete the Professional Certificate prior to pursuing a single or dual concentration. Challenging hands-on projects are geared to helping students hone their work and build their portfolios.
Single concentration students select either Print Design or Brand Identity as a concentration. Class assignments explore scenarios in advertising, branding, packaging, logo design, and print publishing. Dual concentration students must select at least one concentration in graphic design: either Print Design or Brand Identity. Other available concentrations include Web Design, Digital Imaging, Digital Photography, and Game Art.
Advanced Professional Certificate students must complete a Portfolio Review class prior to graduation.
Certificate programs start on a monthly basis. You'll progress through your program in a cohort of up to 30 students. A designated Student Advisor will guide you throughout your program, helping you keep track of course deadlines and complete your program on time. Group progress reports and student work showcases foster peer interaction and inspire you to put your all into every project.
