Upon completion of your Professional Certificate, you can choose advanced concentrations that focus on specific fields. Challenging hands-on projects help you hone your work in print design, brand identity, Web design, or other areas to grow your portfolio.
As an Advanced Certificate student, you’ll complete the core Professional Certificate then add one or more concentrations to build your Advanced Certificate. For example, you might earn an Advanced Certificate in Web Design with concentrations in Advanced Web and Graphic Design.
At the end of your Advanced Certificate, a faculty-led portfolio review will help you evaluate your Web design work against your career goals.
The core program consists of seven required courses, but that's just the start.
"The most satisfying aspect of Web design is seeing my Web sites on the Internet. The concept of starting with nothing but an idea and creating something beautiful and usable is the greatest feeling."
- Julia Grant, Web Design Certificate
Upon completing the core program, Advanced Certificate students add one or more concentrations. The following concentrations are recommended for Web Design students. Explore all available concentrations, or consider building your own concentration from our individual courses.
