Outstanding Graduate Awards 2025-26
Stephen Adair

Graduate Profile
About me: While I went to school for photography and videography, my day to day passion is working with glass and metal. I am working towards my ABANA Master Blacksmithing certification and also my ABS Master bladesmith title. Outside of this, me and my wife are both fused and stained glass artists.
Favorite projects: My project style is long form storytelling. I love doing documentary style cinematography and photography in order to tell a story.
Why study online: The biggest benefit is the flexibility of being able to do the classes at your own pace. While it is not always possible to do full time school and a full time job, online school makes it much more obtainable.
Best thing about Sessions: I believe the teachers are what makes the school and all of my teachers through both programs have always been great when offering criticism and explaining how to get better and move forward in our profession.
Favorite class or instructor? My favorite class was Digital Video Editing I. At the beginning of the class I had zero experience in video editing and by the end of it I was confident in fully being able to edit long form content videos.
Creative/professional goals after graduation? Me and my wife have started a business where we create metal and glass sculptures. I plan on using my photography and digital media certifications in order to run the social media aspects of our art business.
This is where me and my wife show our metal and glass creations: instagram.com/forgewelded_nerds/.
