Sessions College Student IDs
Sessions College now provides a digital student identity card or ID to any currently enrolled student upon request. Digital student IDs can be uploaded to your smartphone used to obtain a wide range of discounts.
Who is Eligible for a Student ID?
All current students enrolled in Bachelor’s Degree, Associate Degree, Undergraduate Certificate, and Professional Certificate programs.
How Do I Request a Student ID?
Requesting a student ID from Student Services is easy:
- Create a simple, professional-looking headshot of yourself that is representative of your current appearance:
A vertical, head and shoulders photo shot against a blank background. ✅ Clear and in focus, with good lighting and without excessive shadows. ✅ Use a normal expression with your mouth closed. ✅ - Upload this photo as your Canvas profile. Your issued ID card will match your Canvas profile picture.
- Send your student ID request to studentID@sessions.edu, with the subject line: “Student ID request – [your name].” In your email, please include your full name and program.
- Your student ID will be generated in 1-2 business days. The file will be sent to the email used as the primary email address in your account.
Please note: If your Canvas profile image does not meet the above requirements, administrators may ask you to use an alternate image.
