If you enroll in any of our programs or courses, you may unsubscribe from marketing e-mails, however, you cannot unsubscribe from service-related emails and notifications. Live Chat. In order to provide real-time chat service to our customers, we utilize live chat services provided to Sessions by SnapEngage, which requires employing third-party cookies. Sessions is unable to view or set the contents of these cookies. Conversely, SnapEngage is unable to view the contents of cookies which Sessions directly sets.
User Rights to Opt Out
Personal Information: Unless you are an enrolled student, you can always decline to share personal information with us.
Cookies. You can refuse cookies by turning them off in your browser. Please be aware that removing cookies may disable some important website functions.
Third Party Platforms: Many third party platforms may allow you to opt out of personalized advertising. Please note that you may continue to receive generic ads.
Email Communication: You may opt out of email by clicking the unsubscribe button at the bottom of the email.
SMS Text: You may opt out of receiving text messages by replying “STOP” to a text message received.
EU, UK, and CH Residents
In compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), EU, UK, and Switzerland residents are provided options for explicit consent before any data tracking as well as options to withdraw consent, opt-out, or request that their data be corrected or permanently deleted.
